“Get A Grip” (30’ T.C.)
Teams of two must complete 100 repetitions of the following complex:
1 Deadlift
1 Squat Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk
@40/30
The complex must be run Unbroken. When the athlete removes his hands from the barbell he will go to run 250m on the rower (or 15 Cal AB)
